ESEA Open Playoffs: Upper Bracket Round 2
eMazing Gaming's Team Fortress 2 squad hosted the match versus Lores Merry Men, on cp_yukon_final for Round 2 of the ESEA Open playoffs. TheFragile on ESEA predicted eMazing Gaming to totally destroy Lores Merry Men with a score of 5-0, while the shoutcasters at tgbf.tv thought that Lores Merry Men would pull off an upset on the number 1 seed, eMazing Gaming. In the beginning the camera crew was reluctant to show how our team was playing as they were focusing most of the camera time on the members of L.M.M. Lores Merry Men seemed like they had something to prove and took a lead of 2-0, but couldn't sustain that lead. It was downhill from there for Lores Merry Men; they gave up a round and played very defensive to cause a stalemate. The shoutcasters at tgbf.tv, again thought that this was the turning point for L.M.M. and they were going to win. eMazing Gaming won out the first half as they tied it at 2 and then finished the match by winning the first three rounds of the second half.
